1 Litre of Tears

in the middle of changing season, i casually feel how long the day is
in the midst of restless busy days
you and i paint our dreams
place our love on the winds of march
a cherry blossom sprout will move into spring
little specs of overflowing light
warm up the morning little by little
by your side when you're embarrased
after a big yamn
standing at the entrance to a new world
what i noticed was that i wasnt alone
by closing my eyes
the you who i see behind my eyelids
has somehow helped me become stronger, right?
i too want to be like that for you
(Aya's friends, when she decided to move to another school)

on the other shore of sadness
its said that there is a smile
finally, we arrived
but what are we waiting for?
the purpose is not to run away
its to chase after dreams
we shoukd have gone out to travel
on that summer day so long
even tomorrow, if you see it
though there isnt a sigh either
like aship going against the current flow
right now, go forward, move ahead
(ima wa, mae he, susume)
even if it cuts through the rain and clouds
the wet roads shine
only the dark will teach
a stronger and stronger light
be strong, go forward, move ahead
(tsuyoku, mae he, susume)
(One Hope, OST Of 1 Litre of Tears)

whats wrong with falling down?
you can always stand up again.

my life is like a flower that hasnt bloomed yet. from the start of this youth, i want to treasure it and have no regrets

mom, in my heart, i know i can always trust you. from this forward, i leave it to you. i'm sorry for always making you worry.

i recognize how i am right now, and i will continue to live on

therefore i definitle wont run ayaw, thats what i do, definitely, always

if you looked up at the sky after falling down, the blue sky is also today streching limitlessly and smiles at me. i'm feel alive.

people shouldnt dweel on the past. its enough to try your best in all that you're doing now.

All Quotes by Ikeuchi Aya, the sufferer, the survivor.

based on film 1 Litre of Tears.
